Social Distanced Meeting Spaces

Updated: Jun 18, 2020

After many long weeks of a “shelter in place” mandate, Oregonians are slowly starting to leave the house eager for some form of normal human contact- sorry roomies, SOs, and kiddos! Under Oregon’s Phase 1 reopening, shops and restaurants are finally opening at limited capacity. Social gatherings of 25 people or fewer can meet, and we are here for that!

Across our venues, we will be following this MO when Phase 1 kicks into gear:

  • We will require all guests to wear masks

  • We will be checking temperatures upon arrival

  • Sanitation stations will be provided in each venue including hand sanitizer, wipes, additional masks, etc.

  • Floors will be marked with 6' spacing

  • And we will be deep cleaning and sanitizing in between event rentals

These standards will be in place for at least 21 days and we have plenty of other ways to gather safely as Multnomah County opens further

Plenty of elbow room

Need to get the team together but stay, uh, 6’ apart? We have you covered. With more than 18,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, Ecotrust and the Redd on Salmon can safely host your offsite with plenty of room to spread out and keep the physical distance.

The Billy Frank, Jr. Conference Center, Irving Street Studio, and Redd on Salmon each come with built-in AV and ample conference furniture. Our onsite Venue Coordinator will be at the ready to keep the spaces squeaky clean and super safe.

No contact, no problem

Order up a no-contact lunch delivery from one of our amazing catering partners. Most of our partners have developed full delivery and drop-off menus, from hot entrees to boxed lunches and everything in between. During Phase 1 of reopening, we are temporarily lifting our ban on plastic water bottles, and easing restrictions on single use compostable serviceware, as our main concern is sanitation and safety. We are looking into ways we can offset this temporary shift in paradigm, and recognize that single-use plastics are still a threat to the ecosystem.

Together Again!

We have missed doing what we do best- hosting events! Our commitment is to keep both guests and our staff safe as we slowly reopen the event centers. Even with these restrictions in place, we are jazzed to get back to business and hope to see you in our spaces soon. Until then, stay sane and be healthy, and hang in there. We will meet again!
