Small Wedding- Big Impact

Highlighting that Weddings are still possible, even during a pandemic

Does LOVE really conquer all? For the couples profiled below: Yes, yes it does.

With Intimate and safe gatherings underway, these couples truly found a way to spread their love, make precious memories, and enjoy their wedding day. For one couple, their dream wedding included a smaller ceremony, a catered dinner, and just their first dance. For another, the third time was the charm in planning a COVID-conscious wedding. No matter what, they stuck together and made the day theirs!

Now available for a limited time, Ecotrust’s Micro Wedding Package includes the use of either our Rooftop Terrace or the Billy Frank Jr. Room for 25 people or less with a 4-hour rental. Sarah & Ricky 10/4/2020

Photo 1: Rooftop Ceremony with rows of chairs spaced 6’ feet apart. Guests sat in the same “pod grouping” for the ceremony and reception dinner service. A small group doesn’t mean small views. The ‘I dos’ took place while guests enjoyed a panoramic view of the city.

Photo 2: This couple elevated the concept of individually wrapped desserts to the next level by creating these charming boxes of sweet goodness. For dessert, each guest received an individually-packaged pie, while the Bride and Groom celebrated with a full size pie of their own.

Photo 3: To practice social distancing indoor tables were set up 6ft apart with no more than 10 people at each table to accommodate the Oregon Health Authority COVID guidelines.

Crisha & Luke 10/17/2020

Photo 1: A 20-person ceremony took place inside the Billy Frank Jr. Room with six rows of four people spaced out 6ft apart from each other.

Photo 2: It’s the finishing touches that make all the difference. Crisha and Luke designed a newspaper wedding program complete with their list of vendors, the wedding timeline, and a crossword puzzle. Table place cards were set in “pod groupings” to coordinate with social distancing and COVID guidelines.

Amy & Andrew 10/24/2020

Photo 1: Amy and Andrew’s wedding program served the evening and doubled as a timeline of their love story, bringing guests closer together with the couple.

Photo 2: Upon arrival, guests sign-in twice, once for the couple’s guest book and once for COVID contact tracing. Contact tracing information can also be provided to us ahead of time.

Photo 3: Thanks for BEE-ing here! A COVID-smart party favor of local honey provided a sweet sentiment to departing guests.

Photo 4: Seating for 20 was all this couple needed for their micro wedding. Three round tables of five and a head table with seating for six made the Billy Frank Jr. Room the perfect cozy spot for safely gathering with loved ones.
